Service terms

Scope

The service provides consent banner configuration, hosted policy pages, consent evidence logs, scanner reports, exports and customer handoff tooling. The customer remains responsible for validating generated legal text against its actual processing activities, jurisdictions and third-party services.

Customer responsibilities

• Keep site profile, services, policy content and domains accurate.
• Install the snippet and consent markers correctly on customer websites.
• Review Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and handoff reports before publishing or sending them externally.
• Maintain lawful bases and required disclosures for analytics, marketing, embeds and other third-party services.

Service operation

• The platform may suspend or block writes for expired, paused or unpaid licenses.
• Maintenance, security updates and retention cleanup may change operational behavior without changing customer-controlled policy content.
• Exports and reports are evidence aids, not legal guarantees.
